Does anyone have experience with or knowledge in using Journey Builder to solicit online reviews (Google, Yelp, etc) from existing customers? I envision a journey that triggers an automated message based on a specific activity or similar update to the CRM record, but am open to any ideas.

- Our use case was providing social media sentiment to the sales team alerting them of clients/prospects of feedback on social channels. We used a 3rd party vendor to capture the social sentiment and provide the data. Then using an automation/custom content and Journey builder provided custom emails and landing pages to sales alerting them of contacts/leads that are expressing salient sentiment.
- A third party vendor might help with pulling in the data which could be fed into a CRM record or fully contained in Marketing Cloud.
- If you can update a field in CRM with the review then you could (as you mentioned) pull a lead/contact into a Journey who has that field populated and send a thank you email. Utilize the SF Data Entry Event, select the lead or contact object, select filters and data needed to personalize the email and for logging.
