is there a way to give Campaign object access (check box Marketing user) to aa user with SF Platform Licence (as not originally included?) or the only is to buy "full" Salesforce Licence? Thanks

No, there isn't a way to grant Platform users access to cloud-specific objects. While there are technical workarounds that could work with a bit of development time, those would go against your agreement with Salesforce.
You should speak with your AE to see what they can offer.
