Einstein Activity Capture possibily created a 2nd calendar called " Microsoft ® Exchange " that duplicates every event (see image).
Which one should I orient my users to disable: "My Events" or "Microsoft® Exchange"?

Hello,
I believe EAC creates this so you can toggle the views, however in this case I would suggest teaching your users to turn off the Microsoft Exchange view to avoid the duplicates showing up.
I wouldn't suggest deleting as this can either break the integration or cause the integration to recreate
