Hello everyone,
I was wondering how can I create report to analysis the field usage please? The purpose is:
- Find out how often fields are being used
- Run Reports on fields
- Analyze all or a subset of your records
I checked and theres AppExchange, however my company does not have it, is it possible to run by any salesforce reporting please? Its pretty new for me, thank you so much in advance for any recommendations/best practices.

Salesforce doesn’t provide a direct way to report on field usage or how often fields are populated using standard reporting. For this requirement, you’ll need an approach that can analyze field-level usage across records in bulk.
