Does anyone know of any positions for a newly certified administrator that does not require years of experience in Salesforce?

I am part of the Talent Alliance group on LinkedIn however, the current jobs listed are either international or Sr. roles requesting Developer or Consultant certifications. I have submitted a post to the group and hopefully, something will come out of it soon.
