We cannot translate the connected App Labels with different languages. When you change the Language using language picker in the community, all labels can be translated in to target language which is chosen from language picker. But in Aloha template standard App launcher component doesn't translate the Connected App Labels with target language which is chosen from language picker. Translate Connected App Labels
