Is there a way to assign fixed colours to users on charts and dashboards?

Question

I know how to fix colours for picklist values, however, I have a client that has asked if it is possible to fix a colour per user for all charts on all dashboards.

Thinking the answer will be no, you never know what the #Salesforce #Ohana can come up with though!

It looks like Salesforce's official stance is to use Einstein Analytics if you want advanced formatting. Other than using picklists or bucketfields, unfortunately I'm not aware of a way to fix the colors.
