I am trying to find a way to identify the country from which an email comes.
The reason for this is because we some sometimes have email-to-case where it is the friend of the customer that sends the email and then has the customer on CC. so the case dose not link to the contact, what I am trying to do is create a lookup or formula field to look at the web address (from) and the CC emails and if they one of them match a contact in our system it will return that customer. I would then hope to also pull the country from that contact record.
I am not sure if I can even this or how to go about it, any advice appreciated.
