    additionally it could possibly be your Org Wide Settings. I believe (sorry it has been awhile) that if the Accounts, Leads, etc are set to private, only the owner can see the record. There are multiple ways to fix that, you can set them to public, but I believe you can also ensure that you have role hierarchy setup in your org as well. It all depends on your use cases.
