Is there a way I can have a Hub daily/weekly update, or do I need to subscribe to each group's digest separately?

When I work with nonprofits, their Chatter instance sends me a daily or weekly digest of everything going on in the org, but I'm not sure where that setting is for the Hub, or if that's possible. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Part of the reason for this is that Sunday morning is not the best time for me to read daily digests; another reason is that a small daily does would be easier for me than a big weekly digest that just gets truncated anyways.
