Hi,
I have weird issue. One NGO got their license approved on 13th of May (we have mail with confirmation). It was not trial version od NPSP, but full access. Two days ago everything was working fine. Today we cannot access org, because of 'Trial Expired' error.
Trial did not expired, because it was no trial. To whom I can address this issue for the quickest response time? NGO is located in Poland and we supposed to start training sessions today.
