Could anyone share their experience or advice on integrating phone systems with sales force lightning, either VOIP or a hybrid VOIP system?

We’ve been integrating CloudTalk (www.cloudtalk.io) with Salesforce, and the experience has been great so far. 

The integration was super easy to set up—no crazy configs needed. It automatically logs everything (calls, notes, tags, recordings) to the right contact or deal. You can even make calls straight from Salesforce with click-to-call, which saves a ton of time.
