Does anyone here have experience using UPS API with Salesforce?
While we don't use Salesforce to ship our product, we do store tracking information in our opportunities. I'm curious what options there are for automating alerts based on tracking events - for instance, notifying an account manager if there's a delay or updating a field when the shipment has been delivered. #UPS #API #Integration #Automation #
