I need a help on Automate Business Processes for a Recruiting App - Create a Candidate Rating Flow

Even though "Experience Comments" field is available , still this error message is showing -

We could not find the input field 'Experience Comments' on the 'New Review' screen.

Kindly help me to resolve this.
