In the last few weeks, we began to configure our accounts inside Advertising Studio and creating data extensions with our customer base in order to create our audiences and send them to Facebook and Google Ads.

We were able to create the Google Ads audiences successfully, however, I found some difficulties when it comes to creating a facebook audience. When we are on "Create Audience" page or even on configuration page, we receive the following message: "You must accept the Facebook Terms of Service for this account before activating this audience.". I'm attaching a file as an example.

We have clicked many times on the link Advertising Studio provided us in order to accept the terms, and even though, we still get an error when trying to activate our campaigns. The error, in case, is: "Facebook's Custom Audience Terms of Service have not been accepted for DrogaSil Conversão.". I'm also attaching a file as an example.

Can you please help us? Is there something we are doing wrong?
