Having a hard time troubleshooting an issue I'm having with the Lightning App Builder not launching. When I click to create a new app and I have to select App page, Home page or Record page I am unable to choose one and the loading wheel spins indefinitely.
This is what I'm seeing:
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using the latest firefox and have tried in chrome and safari as well.

Try zooming out on your browser, you should see the next button on the right side.
