Stuck on Automate Your Business Process < Create Assignment Rules task

After creating a new queue, the next step in the module is to add the Queue Members, but "User: Aaron Hartzler" and "User: Fumiko Suzuki" are not appearing in the Available Members list. Is there a step im missing?

    Hi Andrew Streater,

     

    As discussed on the Trailhead help case, we have found that the users "Aaron Hartzler" and "Fumiko Suzuki" were not created as instructed in the first unit (Manage User Access) of this Trailhead project.

     

    Creating the users as per the requirement has allowed passing the challenge.

     

    We would hence go ahead and mark this thread as closed.
