Create Initial Submission Actions

When completing the module - when I verify the step i am getting

Step not yet complete

The 'Discount Approval Process' did not successfully submitted an opportunity for approval when the discount percentage was set to greater than 0.

Can somone help me with this

@Bablu Kumar My approval process looks like yours, but I'm still encountering an error message.
