All I need to achieve is a profile photo to show based on who's sending the email (assigned user), but there's no option in the Variations dropdown... no assigned user, no lead owner, no account contact, etc...
I'm using Pardot and syncing with Salesforce to send on behalf of 9 sales people, so I simply cannot create a template for each of them each time we send emails.

The support rep has been working on this for almost a decade now and there is still is no clean solution lol
