Please can the wider #.ohana help me solve this little conundrum?
I have a client with a custom object, on this object is a 'Property' Picklist field. The security of their system is very important so the majority of objects are set to Private.
Any user could potentially load a record that the on property team would need to see, however the on property teams are restricted to their own records, so we have set up criteria based sharing roles for example.
If the Property picklist value = 'Newcastle' then share with the Public group 'Newcastle team'
This was working brilliantly until property number 51! Yes you've guessed it we reached the limit for Criteria Based Sharing rules. Is there any other way I can acheive the same, without venturing into the world of Apex?
