Hey all,

 

I am having an issue with a user emailing to SalesForce from Outlook. Salesforce is set to win conflict and I cannot see another setting in Outlook that would be the issue.  He gets the errors below.  What permission or group is needed on his user account to do this?  Maybe other ideas?  Thanks!

    Not exactly sure here but what happens when they try to send the same email to the same contact while in SFDC?
