@Fahmi Hussaini - If you're not using a connector and you're just doing an HTTP upload to S3, you may need to check if there are any errors coming up on the debug logs. Either way it sounds like your best option will be to get your developer or premier support to take a look, as there are a heap of thing that could affect connectivity between the two systems.
