Is the Lightning "My Domain" compatible (meaning will still work) with FormAssembly Web Forms? Thanks!

Thank you Rachel for the certainly promising info and your quick response. Also, a related question: Can we do enable/configure the "My Domain" later, after we do the rest of the "Lightning Experience" migration?
