Looks like we've found a bug. Moderation rules consider each poll option as a separate chatter post. For example, when a community user creates a poll in a community group with 5 choice options he's got frozen due to the moderations rules. The rule is set to freeze a user after making 5 posts within 3 min.

Does that mean the system considers each poll option as a separate comment/post? Why is this happening? How can we avoid freezing users for 1 poll with 5 or more options without changing the limit for posts/comments?
