Hi Trailblazers!

I’ve earned my Agentblazer Champion and Innovator badges and am working toward Legend and the Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification. Along the way, I’ve gained hands-on experience with Agentforce, Flow Builder, and Salesforce administration through Trailhead projects.

I’m now looking for an entry-level Agentforce opportunity where I can contribute, learn, and gain practical experience. I’d appreciate any leads, advice, or connections!

Annie Pyefinch が「Job Listings」で質問

Hello ! My name is Annie Pyefinch and I am trying to get into the CRM job field or anything similar. A lot of jobs I’m seeing require experience but I am trying to find a job that will give me that experience. I am halfway through a college course in getting Salesforce certified and I have 8 years of hospitality guest services experience, 2 years of that being a hotel software Implementation Specialist.

If anyone would could either point me in the right direction or would be willing to discuss job opportunities with me I would very much appreciate that.

Thank you all! Have a great day !!

    Hi Nwala,

Yes, there are quite a few people who’ve implemented Salesforce for insurance companies 😊 You’re definitely not alone.

Salesforce is widely used in insurance for things like:

    • Lead and opportunity management for agents and brokers
    • Policy lifecycle tracking (new business, renewals, endorsements)
    • Claims intake and case management
    • Customer 360 views using Service Cloud
    • Integrations with core insurance systems (policy admin, billing, claims)

Coming from an insurance software background as a BA is actually a big advantage. Many successful Salesforce insurance implementations need strong domain knowledge to translate business processes (underwriting, renewals, commissions, compliance) into Salesforce workflows and automations.

If you’re looking to connect with like-minded folks, you might want to:

    • Join Salesforce Trailblazer Community Groups (especially Financial Services Cloud groups)
    • Look for Salesforce + Insurance discussions on LinkedIn and Reddit
    • Explore Financial Services Cloud (FSC), as it’s commonly used in insurance transformations

I am currently working at Worldline India Payment Services, where I am involved in merchant onboarding, transaction flow validation, end-to-end settlement testing, and multi-bank payment projects.

I have hands-on experience in various payment technologies, including NFC Tap (contactless payments), Bharat QR (BQR) transactions, POS terminal transactions such as chip insert, magnetic swipe, manual key entry, and contactless tap payments.

My role also involves collaborating closely with stakeholders, clients, project managers, and solution managers. I regularly conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) demos for clients before they proceed to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and actively participate in discussions related to new products, change requests (CRs), and business requirements.

With my strong experience in the IT and payments domain, I am now looking to transition into a Salesforce QA role. To support this career move, I am currently learning Agentblazer 2026 and expanding my Salesforce knowledge.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions, feedback, or guidance that can help me strengthen my profile and successfully transition into the Salesforce QA domain. Planning to shift my job location as well.

Hello All,  We're looking for help with choosing a Salesforce partner. We're a small company (about 50 people) in the business as a Value Added Reseller and Managed Services Provider. We're looking to switch from a different CRM to SalesForce. Our current CRM is highly customized because each customer order requires individual pricing. In addition, we're using custom scripts to integrate the CRM with ServiceNow. Could you please share your experiences with a SalesForce consultant/partner who would be able to help us with this transition? We'd particularly love to hear hear from businesses of a similar size or in a similar industry space.

Hello Everyone,

I’ve been working as an End User for Salesforce for more than a year and recently  completed by training in Salesforce Admin, Apex and LWC concepts. I've also successfully completed Admin and PD1 certifications.

I've been on a job trail for about 3 months and don't see any open positions for Freshers or juniors in the market.

Would it be possible for anyone of you to refer me for any open roles in your esteemed

organizations ?

I'm happy to work in start-ups if given an opportunity.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Great work on completing your Salesforce Admin and PD1 certifications, @Avinash Tellakula. Your hands-on End User experience combined with Apex and LWC training is a good foundation for starting a Salesforce career.

The entry-level market can definitely be challenging, but don’t lose momentum. I’d be happy to take a look at your profile/resume and see if I come across any suitable opportunities within my network. Best of luck with your job search!

Our consulting company is interested in becoming a formal service provider for Salesforce applications. We would like to offer services such as maintenance, implementation, integration, and general solutions to Salesforce users.

In this regard, we would like to inquire about the requirements and legalities needed to be listed as a formal service provider in the Salesforce ecosystem. Specifically, we would like to know:

  1. What are the necessary qualifications and certifications required to become a formal service provider for Salesforce applications?
  2. What legal documents do we need to provide to become an official partner, such as insurance certificates or liability waivers?
  3. What is the process for applying to become a formal service provider, and what are the criteria for approval?
  4. Are there any costs associated with becoming a formal service provider, and if so, what are they?
  5. Once approved, what benefits can we expect as a formal service provider, such as access to support resources, training, or marketing opportunities?

We would greatly appreciate any information you can provide regarding these questions.

For a Salesforce consulting partnership, a company generally needs relevant Salesforce expertise, qualified professionals, a strong track record in implementation and integration, and the ability to provide ongoing customer support. The official Salesforce Trailblazer discussion also points companies toward the Salesforce partner sign-up process.

Businesses looking for a reliable consulting partner can work with providers like Plumlogix, which can support Salesforce implementation, customization, integration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization. This helps companies meet their Salesforce requirements while focusing on their core business goals.
