When I click "Insert Resource" I'm getting inconsistent results. Creating a basic prompt on the Contact object. Getting "Nothing here" in a box. I'd created the prompt an hour earlier and was just making an adjustment. Then I started a brand new prompt and also got "Nothing here". Then existed prompt builder, came back and it worked, but is now missing the Related List info under the contact path when inserting resource. So... its clunky! Any advice??

Hi David, this sounds like a Prompt Builder UI/session issue, especially since exiting Prompt Builder and returning temporarily restored the resources.
A few things to try:
- Refresh the browser and reopen the prompt.
- If Insert Resource shows “Nothing here,” close Prompt Builder completely and reopen it.
- Verify you’re working in the correct org associated with the Superbadge and that the Contact-based prompt is using the expected template/object configuration.
- For the missing Related List resources, check that the relevant related list exists on the Contact object and that your user has access to the related object/fields.
- Save the prompt before making further changes and try Insert Resource again.
If the resources continue to appear inconsistently—even in a brand-new prompt—please share the Superbadge/challenge name and a screenshot of the “Nothing here” message and the missing Related List path. If the configuration is correct and the issue persists, please create a case with Salesforce Support so they can investigate the Prompt Builder environment.
