Wrapping up NPSP Day Los Angeles 2026! ☀️

On May 28, the Salesforce nonprofit community gathered at the Braille Institute Los Angeles Center for a full day of collaboration, learning, and connection. It was wonderful to bring together nonprofit professionals from across Southern California to share challenges, ideas, and practical solutions! 

One theme surfaced throughout the day: organizations are trying to balance innovation with practicality. Conversations about Nonprofit Cloud (Agentforce for Nonprofit), AI, fundraising, reporting, and event management all reflected a common goal of making systems more effective without creating additional complexity for staff and volunteers. 

There was also a strong emphasis on peer learning. Whether attendees were seasoned Salesforce veterans or newer to the ecosystem, the willingness to share experiences and learn from one another was on display in every session and breakout discussion!

The NPSP Day Seattle 2026 recap is here! ☕🌲 

Earlier this month, the Seattle Salesforce nonprofit community came together at the Panoramic Center for a day of collaboration, learning, and peer-driven problem solving around all things Salesforce for nonprofits! 

One thing that stood out throughout the day was how many organizations are navigating moments of transition. Conversations around Nonprofit Cloud (Agentforce for Nonprofit), AI, reporting, automations, volunteer management, and documentation all pointed back to the same challenge: how do nonprofits modernize their systems without creating more complexity for already-busy teams?

There were so many thoughtful discussions around building sustainable processes, improving data visibility, and finding practical ways to make Salesforce work better for real-world nonprofit operations!

NPSP Day Oakland 2026 Recap & Resources!

We're back with another NPSP Day recap, this time from Oakland! On April 30, the Salesforce nonprofit community gathered at Preservation Park for a full day of collaboration and community connection. 📚 

This was our first time bringing NPSP Day to Oakland, and it could not have gone better! We had a fantastic turnout of 35 attendees, an enthusiastic and welcoming room, and absolutely gorgeous weather all day long. ☀️

Throughout the day, one theme kept surfacing: nonprofit teams are trying to build systems that are both sustainable and adaptable. Whether discussing volunteer management, donor pipelines, data integrity, or reporting, attendees consistently focused on creating processes that can scale without overwhelming already-stretched teams.

NPSP Day Boston 2026 Recap & Resources!

A couple weeks ago, the Boston nonprofit Salesforce community gathered for NPSP Day Boston, a full day of collaboration, learning, and hands-on problem solving. 

This was our first time back in Boston since 2020, and wow did it feel good to be back! The nonprofit community in Boston is generous and enthusiastic, reminding us why we do the work we do (as nonprofits and the tech companies that support them!). We're already plotting our return for 2027. 😊 

Throughout the day, one theme surfaced again and again: the strength of our systems depends on the people who use them. Whether discussing reporting, automations, or user adoption, conversations consistently came back to the importance of data literacy, governance, and shared ownership across teams.
