Hi Experts,
We have integrated the Salesforce and Soapbox Engage Donation applications, and we have connected the IATS payment processor to the Soapbox account.
We assume that whenever a donation (single/recurring donation) is created via Soapbox, the donation records are generated in the Soapbox account. Subsequently, the donation is processed in the IATS payment processor. After the payment is successfully processed, the donor, donation, and payment records are created in Salesforce.
1. Could you please confirm if our understanding is correct?
2. Additionally, could you provide an explanation of the payment flow process in Salesforce?
Please help to obtain better clarification.
