From what I've been seen so far, SlackCRM on Business+ V2 appears to require both the appropriate Slack subscription and compatible Salesforce licensing, but the publicly available documentation on the setup process and limitations seems quite limited.

For anyone planning a deployment, I would recommend verifying:

• Required Slack and Salesforce license types
• Admin permissions and authentication requirements
• Supported integration features on Business+ versus Enterprise Grid
• Sandbox and testing limitations
• Data retention, storage, and email-related constraints

If anyone from Slack or someone who has already implemented SlackCRM in production could share the official documentation or real-world experience, it would be extremely helpful for the community.

Hi @Mark Walmart​ in therms of resources there is not much to be honest:

• since Salesforce acquired Slack you can check https://trailhead.salesforce.com/search/learning?keywords=slack - you will need a free account
• main resource is still 'Slack Certified' platform https://www.slackcertified.com/: I would start with 'Slack Skills Badges' and if you have resource I definitely recommend 'Slack Prep Course' https://www.slackcertified.com/page/slack-certified-admin - it's really great
• I also recommend requesting Enterprise Grid Sandbox with this form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe9tIHOq1bZVq5xlzymvPGFbqsv2aLFgg04SOi5KfzKbJYBAA/viewform or by joining 'Slack Developer Program' https://api.slack.com/developer-program - in general each Slack certificate is very Enterprise oriented so in case of Admin cert you will have a big number of questions relating to Enterprise Analytics, Settings, Security etc
• And last but not least joining 'Slack Community Forum', 'Slack Community Workspace' and if possible 'Slack Champion Network' - for the last one you need to work on a paid workspace to join

Spend time in a Slack workspace creating channels, managing users, and exploring admin settings.

Go through the Slack prep modules again, especially the areas you’re unsure about.

4️⃣ Read questions carefully
