#Export Files To Sharepoint0 discussing

Wondering if there's a way to export files to a Sharepoint site

We need the hability to restrict or prevent users from uploading files from their local machine. Instead, they should upload files to Sharepoint and then add files from the sharepoint instance to Salesforce through Files Connect.

We already have Files Connect configured and working. However, when users try to upload files using "Files" standar Related List, the main button displayed is "upload Files" (see Files_Related_list.jpg) which uses local files. We need to hide os disable that button and force users to use 'Add Files' button.

Other possible solution to prevent the use of "Upload files" is to show a confirmation message when the user is trying to upload files from their local machine. How can we do this?

Please find attached documents explaining this more graphically.

Is this possible somehow?

All of our invoice files (pdfs) have to be put into a sharepoint site for our accountants. At the moment, we manually download and then add the files to the sharepoint site but I'm hoping there's a way this can be done automatically! Thanks.
