are requested to install Vocalcom package, as only these 2 editions have API (Application Programming Interface) access.
Is it possible to install Vocalcom Salesforce Edition on Marketing Cloud ?
Marketing Cloud is not designed to have agents connected to it to answer customer/prospect requests. So Vocalcom does not provide S.F.E CTI banner on Marketing Cloud.
However, all agents statistics and Calls details are available in Marketing cloud.
