Dark Mode in Salesforce

Hi Dark Mode Enthusiasts! I wanted to introduce myself as the Product Manager for Dark Mode for Salesforce. We are building a native dark mode exclusively for SLDS 2 and I'm excited to announce that we have expanded the Dark Mode beta to the editions: Pro Suite, Professional, Enterprise and Developer Editions for Spring 26 release. We will continue to gradual rollout to Unlimited and Performance Editions in Summer '26 as we work to fix any visual issues across the expanded product surfaces for these editions. I need help to know which is the code should I put on html or code snippet block to guarantee the email built with content blocks appears well on dark mode. I need to guarante that the blue font color appears white on the dark mode.

Hi, can anyone help me figure out how configure in Marketing Cloud to change logo colors for emails in dark mode ? We have a rule that the logo needs to be all white when in black background, but we cannot figure out how to make it happen automatically when e-mail is in Dark Mode. We tried to make the background white for the logo, but it is not visually great... Thank you!

The status of Known Issue, Dark mode is disabled, has been updated to Closed, meaning that Salesforce isn't planning to resolve the issue.

We know this may be disappointing and this isn’t the end of the road. Product teams analyze the impact and effort required to resolve a Known Issue and prioritize it against resolving other issues and building out new features.

We'll continue to monitor how it impacts the community.

Recently we had some users report that their emails were not showing up after sending them. After troubleshooting and talking with the users they confirmed they used Dark Reader. The emails records did have the text they typed in the TEXT Body Field, but the HTML Body Field was blank. I saw the HTML tags when I exported the field via a SOQL query and inspected the page rendering the message. This happened after Dark Reader's last update on Jan. 9,2023. I'm curious to know if any of you experience something similar. I have directed the users to use the Salesforce Dark Mode extension by Salesforceblue. 

@Pankaj Agrahari has published an updated version of Salesforce Dark Theme, refer to the LinkedIn post. I haven't tried it yet but at first glance it seems to be a big improvement.

Did a quick test:

• Initially not compatible with Dark Mode for Salesforce being active
• Initially requires page reload to activate on Trailhead
• Leaves force.com background and Trailhead header white
• Artefacts around activity timeline icons
• Some issues with colours, background, foreground, borders
• However overall, a substantial improvement over the first version

I have not yet tried it, it's brand new.

Is there a way to change the font colors in the email tab?  Both the incoming email and my response are black on a black background.  Below is a snip.  I can only read the text if I highlight it, turning it white on the screen.
