WBUR's Product and Audience Insights team is responsible for growing and engaging audiences across WBUR platforms. We are looking for an Audience Campaign Manager who will have the primary responsibility of overseeing and implementing the delivery of automated and strategic communication from Salesforce Marketing Cloud.  This is a new role at WBUR, and your initial focus will be to work with various departments to identify and build audience segments and then operationalize communication delivery in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which will be implemented in the coming months.
