With it being a shorter week this week I am not going to host a workshop this week so everyone can get caught up. We will be back at it next week working with Partner Communities and look forward to seeing everyone there.
Thank you everyone who attended the workshop session yesterday. We had some amazing content going through setting up an integration between Service Cloud and Jira with ServiceRocket bringing service and development together. I also brought some friends in from Natterbox who walked through the system of their phone system natively built-in Salesforce as well as building out call flows.
