Aug 18, 2023, 2:12 PM Hi Manasa,
Firstly: Welcome to this wonderful ecosystem!
I find often when trying to get into the salesforce world we look for the answers else where, the answers are within ourselves.
The ecosystem is very broad and there is space for everyone. With your previous experience, things that are you passionate about you are unique and has individual value noone else can.
1. build your portfolio, you can even do it with SF tech https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/build-your-personal-portfolio-on-salesforce
2. build projects around what you do today in salesforce, those are great experience for you to reinforce concepts but also to create a narrative
3 we think in stories, use those narratives to convey why you are the right for the roles
4 find an organisation in your local area that you can support and shadow someone in their salesforce
5 get involved with your local community groups https://trailblazercommunitygroups.com/
6 apply for the mentorship central or find a mentor in your circle of influence to accompany you in this journey https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazerconnect/mentorship
You (each one of us) is the creative force of your own life.
Best,
Ines
PS: A lot of it is your readiness, having that portfolio to show your experience and your narrative. Check these articles may help
