The below are my questions:
- will survey response data automatically sync if we integrate with salesforce or do we need to manually load CSV into salesforce.
- how to do production deployment. can we point a form to both sandbox and production or what are the steps to be followed.
Kindly help me to get the knowledge of survey monkey with salesforce integration and share some documents regarding this.

I currently have a Salesforce and a SurveyMonkey account. I am looking to automate survey emails upon actions in Salesforce via SurveyMonkey. I was initially looking to handle the process via Zapier but it seems it doesn't support the Send Survey action from Salesforce to SM. It seems Workato does. Is there no longer a direct integration between Salesforce and SurveyMonkey?

Thanks for the offer, but we have change to other survey product, so it's too late for now.
Is this group purpose for SurveyMonkey integration to Salesforce?
