From your experience, how is Agentforce helping developers reduce manual work and build better solutions?

Do you think Salesforce developers should focus more on Apex and LWC, or start giving equal importance to Agentforce and AI skills?

I believe Agentforce is changing how Salesforce developers work, but Apex and LWC will continue to be important. AI can reduce repetitive work, while developers can focus more on building intelligent business solutions. Skills developers should focus on: Apex & LWC  – Custom business logic and user interfaces. Flow  – Business process automation. Agentforce  – Agents, subagents, and custom actions. Agent Script  – Control agent behavior and execution logic. APIs & Integration  – Connect agents with external systems. Data 360  – Provide relevant business data to AI agents. Real-Time Example: A customer asks Agentforce to check an order and update its delivery address. Agentforce can use an Apex action to validate the request, update the record, and return the result. My View: Developers should not leave Apex and LWC behind. Strong development skills combined with Agentforce and AI knowledge will create better career opportunities. Hi  @Pavan Kumar Gandi https://trailblazers.salesforce.com/profileView?u=0053A00000DAm3bQAD ,    Agentforce on its own isn’t what’s changing (or rather challenging) the developer role. The whole stack is moving together. Data Cloud gives agents unified, real-time context. Model choice is opening up, with partner models like Claude now usable inside Agentforce. And the trust layer, Flow and Apex sit underneath all of it. Agentforce is just the visible front end.    So the developer role is shifting from building screens and triggers to building the pieces agents run on, including better grounded data, efficent decision control mechanishm, tighted security controls, and more. According to me, it is time to leave the 'Developer' tag, and start looking at the broader perspective, where you would be expected to anything and everything (before AI replaces your dev-only skills).
