What is the "Customer Account page" to Clone?

I keep trying to clone and I am not sure what is supposed to happen.  Here is the section I am stuck on.

I don't have clone as an option.  If I select the account and go in, I can clone the account, but nothing happens. (See Video).  I double checked the "All Accounts" view and there isn't anything.  I feel dumb.  Can someone help me get unstuck?
