I'm at the early stages of building a new prompt and one of the steps is insert CASE resource. This isn't an option within the builder am I missing something?

It looks like you're seeing the newer Prompt Builder interface, while the Trailhead instructions show the older resource menu.
Try these steps:
- Check your Prompt Template settings and make sure Case is selected as the related object/input.
- Save the template and reopen it.
- Click Insert Resource and look for Case under the available input or record resources.
- If you're seeing Actions, Apex, and Flows, that's the action configuration menu, not the Case merge-field list.
- If Case is still missing, try creating a new prompt template with the correct template type and Case input.
Once Case is available, select Case → Priority to insert the merge field.
