I am getting this error:
"We can't find an activated 'Generate Personalized Schedule' prompt template with the Flex Template type"
I do have a prompt template with that name and type... I found old articles about this issue but they are over a year old now and they said they were fixed. But I am now encountering the same error.

Please open Generate Personalized Schedule and check whether myContact and PersonalizedGuestExperiences are listed in the Resources section.
