Experience Cloud Site, LWC for Login for Internal User (Salesforce Platform License)

Hi, I want to ask related Experience Cloud Site. 

I have Experience Cloud Site (

(I think it's internal user) for them see their invoices with pre-mockup custom design.  

Each Outlet Manager User will be has Custom Field link to their Store Location Data. 

I plan to use Custom LWC Login Form and LWC Forgot Password to mimic a design UI/UX with Custom Apex AuthController then call Site.Login(). is this good approach?
