in Select and Prioritize Features lab occuring this error occurs "We couldn't find a New Feature record" even i complete all steps

Similar challenge for me today. I found that I couldn't choose Productivity alone. If cutting and pasting the Feature Area, for me, productivity and opportunity got comingled. I suspect commas and or spaces may often be left in for that field as well; easy to miss. In this case, it seems like it would find the record fine if searching by name but it is probably including other fields in the search and if they don't match exactly, it seems it won't be able to find the record.
