Please generate an email letting Lucy know that her reservation has been upgraded to the Presidential Suite. Include the dates of her reservation in the email.

If this is an Agentforce/Trailhead challenge, make sure the reservation record for Lucy has the correct upgraded room type and reservation dates before asking the agent to generate the email. 

Then run the appropriate agent action/prompt to generate the email, making sure the response includes both the Presidential Suite upgrade and Lucy’s reservation start and end dates

.
