Currently using Salesforce Scheduler, but finding it cumbersome and difficult to manage internal scheduling and external scheduling needs.  Has anyone downloaded the Calendly package and done the native Calendly integration?  Is it any better? Would love to hear feedback

    Hi @Adam Stark

Calendly does provide a Salesforce integration that can help simplify external scheduling. It can automatically create/update Salesforce records when meetings are scheduled, canceled, or rescheduled, and you can also track Calendly activities directly in Salesforce.

If your main requirement is easier external scheduling and reducing manual updates, it could be worth testing the Calendly package in a Salesforce sandbox first.

For Salesforce Scheduler specifically, the better option depends on whether you need Salesforce-native scheduling, service resources, availability rules, or mainly a simple external booking experience.

I’d recommend comparing both based on your specific scheduling requirements before making the switch.
