We are looking to reduce manual work for our Vendor Management team by integrating Zycus with Salesforce and automatically pulling vendor/contract/PO information into Salesforce.
I’m looking for guidance on:
- Has anyone implemented a Zycus → Salesforce integration?
- What is the recommended approach (API, middleware, connector, etc.)?
- Are there any Zycus API/integration resources or Salesforce best practices you recommend?
Any documentation or real-world experience would be greatly appreciated.
