We have this account
CTS@NICE.com active, and it looks like it has been set up for a reason that we can't tell. Maybe it is for backup, or it is for running background processes. We are in need of an account to give to one of our teachers to be able to log in to Salesforce, and we wonder if we can give this account to this teacher and downgrade it to user instead of administrator. But this is only if we could get a better idea of what it is doing.
