Marketing Cloud Next: How to identify the Lead in an Email Link Click Event-Triggered Flow?

 Hi everyone , I need some guidance with a Marketing Cloud Next Automation Event-Triggered Flow.

Requirement: Lead receives an email → clicks an Interested button → identify that exact Lead → update Interested__c = TRUE.

I can configure the Email Link Click event, but I'm stuck on the correct way to map the clicker's event/Individual information back to the original Salesforce Lead record.

What is the recommended native MCN approach for identifying and updating that Lead? Should I use Get Records, and if so, which event field should I use for the lookup?
