I have completed all the steps correctly in the https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/use-employee-agents-to-get-work-done/navigate-guest-experience-bookings module (my last step to complete Agentblazer 2026 - go figure!). However, while the booking in "Cancel Miko’s Coral Bay Cruise Experience Booking" was completed correctly (I have screenshots), and then I follow the instructions to correctly in the "Book a New Session for Miko’s Family" with a "Confirmed" status for the booking (again, screenshots), the Agent continues to resolve with a "It seems there was an issue creating the reservation for the Magical Aquarium Tunnel Tour session" error preventing me from completing the module, my training and syncing correctly with Trailhead as I receive the following final error: "We can’t find a booking for Miko Mitsumi’s family of 5 for the Magical Aquarium Tunnel Tour Session with the status updated to 'Confirmed' or 'Completed'."
Please help resolve this before I collapse from exhaustion and frustration over Agentforce syncing issues when everything is showing correctly. :)
