Mine is currently at 60
cat /proc/sys/vm/swappiness
60
but swap always seems to be full.

there is no official recommendation from Tableau that I know of.
I usually set the swap file as big as the RAM, then let swappiness to the standard 60 or if the instance is busy, I set it 10.
