Stuck at this training

Hi, I am stuck at this part and I cant finish this training:  

Test the Basic Agent

  1. Select the Preview tab. Wait a moment while it saves the agent.
  2. Since this is the first time you’re using this agent, you need to associate it with a specific user with the right permissions to do its tasks, such as running Flows and using Prompt Templates. In the Assign user record window, choose Select User.
  3. Select EinsteinServiceAgent User as the Agent’s User Record.
  4. Select Save.

    Hi Azzeddine, if you’re stuck at the Assign user record step, please verify that you’re using the specific Playground provided by the Trailhead module and not a separate Developer Edition or sandbox. 

    Then: 

    1. Open the agent in Agentforce Builder and go to Preview.
    2. Wait for the agent to finish saving.
    3. When Assign user record appears, select Select User.
    4. Search for and select EinsteinServiceAgent User.
    5. Click Save and continue testing the agent.

      

    If EinsteinServiceAgent User exists but cannot be selected, or you receive an error such as “We couldn't assign the Agent User”, please share the exact error message and a screenshot of the user record. If the issue persists in the correct hands-on org, please create a case with Salesforce Support for further investigation.
